**Camping rates based on 1 tent or/unit and 1 vehicle and/or boat trailer; parked within site.
** Additional vehicles and or boat trailers must park in specified parking area – additional fees apply.
**Camping and Moorage Reservations require a $50 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit at time of booking.
**Seasonal Moorage: $100 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is due Jan 30th each year for upcoming year.
** Seasonal Camping: $100 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is due Sept. 30th each year for upcoming year.
** Seasonal Campsites have hydro meters and are billed monthly for usage. Seasonal Camping Fees will be increased by 12% annually until 2026 and then additional annual increases will be reviewed.
**Boat camping fees are in addition to moorage fees. Seasonal guests receive the first night free.
**Dry Land Storage Fees due Sept 30th in full.
Balance due in full on arrival, Seasonal Balance Due April 1st.
**Late payment of Seasonal Fees will incur Finance Charges
